Mirra Reach is an Accountable Care Organization (ACO) comprised of physicians who have chosen to participate with us and who are committed to working together to provide Medicare Fee-for-Service patients access to enhanced benefits and to increase the availability of high quality, coordinated care, including for people in underserved populations. Our organization supports its physicians in caring for their patients by ensuring that they are kept abreast of the most current and accurate evidence-based health information available.

This medical model and our commitment to it translates to better physician communication and coordination of care, thus the avoidance of duplicative services, tests, treatments, pharmacologic interventions, etc., which then translates to better outcomes and a far superior patient care experience.

Our organization has partnered with numerous board-certified private practices, independent physicians and specialty groups who collectively have been serving Florida for decades, providing expert medical care, compassion, and commitment to quality to improve the health outcomes in the communities served.
